RCALAT Services

Alloy Design & Synthesis

Consult your special requirements in service, and we will propose light alloys that meet your criteria. We know light alloys, and we can engineer their microstructure by controlling the manufacturing process. There are many ways to overcome light alloys limitations and benefit from their unique properties. At RCALAT you will receive complete and viable solutions for your applications.

Materials Characterization

At RCALAT we can design characterization procedure based on your specific needs and your part/sample conditions. We are well equipped to prepare samples and perform characterization on them both by our inhouse and collaborator laboratories. Most importantly, we can provide you with in-depth and detail analysis based on the characterization results and relate processing to microstructures for you. We are specialized in but not limited to light alloys.

Consult your unique requirements with us.

Reverse Engineering

The research center for advanced light alloys technologies (RCALAT) is a part of the Manufacturing division of the School of Mechanical Engineering, University of Tehran. Our students and researchers have been trained in Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing with the understanding of Materials Science and Engineering. We are prepared to provide reverse engineering services for light alloys parts and assemblies to different clients based on University structured contracts.
